The Testo 926 (0560 9261) 1-Channel Food Thermometer is a compact and reliable, easy-to-use digital temperature meter designed to help you check food in commercial kitchens, catering, and other food service environments. As the user, you can store limit values in the 926 Thermometer yourself; as soon as these upper and lower values are violated, an audible warning signal sounds. This alarm function and the automatic final value recognition simplify measurement, and support you in recognizing and interpreting the measurement values correctly. In addition to this, the 926 Thermometer reliably stores the minimum and maximum measurement values.

The Testo 926 conforms to HACCP as well as EN 13485. This makes it the ideal instrument for large kitchens, hotels, restaurants or other areas in the food industry.

The Testo 926 is compatible with a wide range of optional sensors for a broad range of applications. Compatible sensors (available separately) include: standard food/frozen food sensors / discreet sensors (leave only the smallest of puncture marks) / heat resistant sensors (for checking oven temperatures) / wireless sensors (for transmitting data). You will need a sensor to start using your meter; select one or more sensors to personalize your meter. Sensors are sold separately.
